That God will be there for you, no matter what.
In a world where the meaning of your name decides what type of person you are/your personality, what would you want your name to be?

Ooh, Julia, you ask good questions!! XD

I’m not exactly sure… I’d have to think about that one! Maybe a name that meant faithful follower of God or something along those lines.

Probably? I haven’t played with one in a very long time. XD
Do you play any sports?

Anna asks…

Can you describe your hair color as if you were the protagonist in an ooold book? You know what I mean… “aquiline brow” “glowing rosey complexion” or some such dramatic description that doesn’t quite make sense.

Hm…

It is normally a drab brown color that often looked as though the wind were playing with it, but when in the light, it seemed as if it had a reddish undertone.

Well… I don’t think I did a very good job with that, but my hair is brown. XD

Kaelyn asks…

Lemonade or hot chocolate?

Depends on the season… maybe lemonade. 😉

Long post, but yay! I answered all your questions! 😀

So…

What was your favorite questions I asked? Did you learn more about me? Have you ever hosted a Q&A? Any non-fiction reading recommendations for me? (or any recommendations at all for that matter?) Now. Here’s a challenge for you. YOU try and answer Anna’s question:

Can you describe your hair color as if you were the protagonist in an ooold book? You know what I mean… “aquiline brow” “glowing rosey complexion” or some such dramatic description that doesn’t quite make sense.

See you later!

  1. Nice post!
For non-fiction I’d suggest reading “God’s Smuggler”, “To a Different Drum” (by Dr. Pauline Hamilton), and “He’s Making Diamonds” by S.G. Willoughby. (The first two are biographies). These books are really awesome and truly show God’s greatness! I loved reading them!

PS. (though, just so you know, “To a Different Drum” handles some sensitive things like suicide, as it is about a young woman who God sends to be a missionary to delinquent boys).

PPS. Oreo THINS are SO GOOOOOOOOOOD though XD

  2. NICEEE!
Yeah, my favorite book has always been Winnie The Horse Gentler, but I think it’s time for me to grow up. But I don’t want to let the author down because I’m her biggest fan and I talk with her sometimes so….. Although, today I’m going to the library. Any book suggestions?
    Hmmm…
Her complexion was tan with a hint of light olive, her hair was like an oak tree’s trunk in the Morning Sun. Her eyes were blue yet with a hint of grey…….

    1. Thanks! 🙂

Ohh… um, let’s see. Have you read the Betsy-Tacy series by Maud Hart Lovelace, the Penderwicks series by Jeanne Birdsall, and the Mother-Daughter Book Club series by Heather Vogel Frederick?

      Haha, great job! 😀

  3. Hey Liz! I’ve heard a bunch about you and I’m finally here at your blog yayyy! Also, I <3 The Mysterious Benedict Society and also the Heather Vogel Frederick series you're talking about is the Mother-Daughter Book Club. It was pretty enjoyable! And yup, Megan definitely grew on me!
Ok, for the old-timey description challenge:

Her skin was the color of a ripe hazelnut, cracked in half. She had dark chocolate eyes and midnight black waves flowing past her shoulders.
*conveniently forgets to mention dorky glasses and fritzy flyaways*

Ok, cya and sorry for the eternally long comment! I hope you still want to be friends (reveals ulterior motive)
    ~Aditi xx

  4. Super fun 😀
oooh, that question is going to be a challenge! I’ll try. xD

Tresses like pieces of the midnight black sky fell over her shoulders, often curtaining her cocoa eyes. On other days, if you saw her, you would be surprised to find the appearance of her head to be in a very different, almost-alarming state: her hair would be in curls and frizzy flyaways that stuck out in every direction to the effect of a bush and put in someone’s mind the thought of having been electrocuted.

Well, after the first sentence it kinda went downhill and not-so many oldish words. 😉 But that was fun!
