House Updates Photoshoots

House Update #3 + Photo Adventure

Good morning! A few weeks back, I went on a few errands with my dad and then we headed out to our property. I got some pictures, so of course I have to share them. πŸ˜‰

Wow, look at that cloud! It was quite the gray day.

There’s me! My dad went into a store and I waited in the truck and took some pictures, hehe.

Isn’t this a dramatic looking picture? We were parked close to a beat-up building, so I took a picture! πŸ˜€

I got a new thermos recently (cause I broke my old one, whoops) and I’m really loving it! It has such a pretty color too!

Aren’t the almond blossoms beautiful?!

Here’s the studio! Later in the post, you’ll see pictures of the fourth and final wall being put up!

Well, hey, Mister Spider!

There wasn’t much for me to do that day, so after I took picture of almond blossoms, I hung out in the shop.

I worked on sweeping it out and…. took more pictures. (no surprise there! XD)

Then my Dad and Grandpa got out a backhoe we had borrowed and used it to put the last studio wall on!

Once the wall was attached, Dad let me drive the backhoe a bit, so that was fun! πŸ™‚

It got stuck as it was pulling out… look at those tracks!

That’s about all!

Things that have happened since these pictures were taken:

  • the shop’s garage doors were put on
  • a little bit more work has gone into the studio
  • also, the house pad is almost ready to be poured!!!

So….

Is it spring where you live? Are these house updates interesting? What was your favorite picture?

bookish sign off

      1. We are getting ready to paint the inside, putting tile in the bathroom, hanging kitchen cabinets, building the back deck, putting up rails for the porch, and getting ready to move in soon!
