Snowball and the Missing Apple

Snowball and the Missing Apple by Amie Woleslagle (Buy it here!)

Snowball loves apples.  When his apple goes missing, he knows that he must find who took it.  A charming children’s book with funny pictures, an engaging message, and animals.  Perfect for early readers or to read aloud to your 2-5 year old.

Amie is a wild, crazy writer who is either daydreaming or talking a hundred miles an hour.  When she is not doing those two things, she is probably reading or jamming on one of the four instruments she plays.  Writing is her overwhelming passion, but she is also passionate about horses, music, acting, photography, blogging, and living life to glorify her Creator and Lord.  She is the second oldest of seven children and enjoys being dramatic with her four sisters. Whether it is in Amie’s writing or in her words, she enjoys making people laughing.

My review:

Snowball and the Missing Apple was a really fun story with some awesome illustrations!

The story was told well and I think children (the audience it was written for) could read and understand it pretty easily. The illustrations just added to this book’s awesomeness! They look like they took a lot of work, but they turned out fabulously! I would definitely recommend Snowball and the Missing Rabbit as a great children’s book. 🙂

5 stars!

Welcome, Snowball! First off, tell us a bit about yourself.

Greetings, humans.  I am a rabbit of the most delicate tastes, if you consider what I eat.  I pride myself in being an epicure as well as a detective.  I make sure everything runs smoothly in Amie’s house.

Did you help Amie write her book or did she do it all by herself?

I, of course, helped her.  Where do you think she gets all of her ideas from?  She spent every summer morning right by my cage working on the illustrations.

Do you like being a detective?

Well, work is work, so being a detective can be tiresome, especially when you have the same suspects over and over, but in the big picture, I think I like being a detective.

My bunny, Oreo’s favorite food is kale. What are your opinions on kale?

Well, your rabbit (What nonsense, don’t you know that you’re his human pet?  And that he only lets you think that he’s your rabbit.  *shakes head*) has good tastes.  I do enjoy kale, especially purple kale.

What do you do during the day while Amie’s writing?

Well, I clean my cage, take naps, look cute, and just live happily.

Now, Amie said to thank everyone for letting me on their blogs, but I really think you should thank me for agreeing to be on your blog.  Either way, thanks.

Thanks for coming, Snowball! 😂😂
